Shopify 应用：OK Product Personalizer 开发笔记

  2023 年我失业了，领了个小礼包，当时想着自己年纪大了，工作不好找，而且从长远来看，还是得有一个能给自己或小团队带来稳定现金流的产品。于是就和伙伴商量，我们一起开发产品，主要分工是我来负责产品规划及设计，兼做些前端方面的工作，伙伴（之前我们在同一家公司，一起被裁）负责前后端的开发，产品出来后，由我来负责运营。这一年来，我们尝试了几个产品，主要是微信小程序相关的，有了一些用户，但是没有太多的收入，越往后越焦虑。 2024 年初，我与伙伴商量，还是得在自己熟悉的领域去思考产品方向，前面几年我们的工作都是与跨境电商相关的，特定是服务了在亚马逊上销售定制产品的卖家，这类卖家的需求我们是相对了解的，那么是不是有可能开发服务于这类卖家的应用，服务于 Shopify 上做定制业务的商家，以及当亚马逊上的定制卖家想在 Shopify 上拓展业务时。之所以考虑到 Shopify，也是因为在跨境电商领域，提得最多的就是亚马逊和独立站了，Shopify 提供了类似于 Apple App Store 那样的应用商城，方便商家寻找插件，也为小开发者或团队提供了业务的可能。就我所知，是有一些小团队及公司在 Shopify App Store 上取得了巨大的成功。 过年完 2 月中旬启动项目，因为要先熟悉 Shopify 应用开发规范，第一个应用时间会长一点，所以就把项目周期定为 3 个月，5 月下旬需要审核通过并上线，在 5 月初就得开始测试，以此来倒推工作进度。3 月初，我已经把原型及需求文档给完善了，原型用 Figma 来设计，需求文档就用语雀来管理。然后就是沟通需求，拆分功能模块，设定时间节点，后来有些需求根据 Shopify 所提供的 API 及 UI 组件进行了微调，但整体的方向是不变的。在产品设计上，我们参照的是亚马逊上的定制功能，尽量做到亚马逊上的商家来使用时，可以不需要学习就能上手，而 Shopify 上的商家在使用时，也不能复杂。Shopify 应用市场上，服务于销售定制产品的商家的应用已经有不少，有的复杂，有的简单，从评价数量上看，有些应用的用户基数也比较大了，但在交互形式上与亚马逊定制功能类似的还没有，我们就想从这点出发，在满足定制产品配置功能的基础上，能够方便亚马逊卖家开辟新平台，以此获得一部分用户。（这样的决策我们也不敢肯定就会成功，只能是先做再调整了，...
